Charming cottage nestled in the heart of the village of Venise-en-Québec, offering breathtaking views of Lake Champlain, the surrounding mountains and magnificent sunrises. Located opposite the lake, essential shops and village attractions, this property perfectly combines comfort, tranquillity and an exceptional location. Ideal for up to 6 people, it's perfect for a relaxing break for couples, families or friends. Enjoy the games area where you'll find a foosball table, air hockey, and even stools to have a drink and cheer on your favorite player!



The Space:

This warm, light-filled chalet boasts large windows, with views of the lake from most rooms. It is fully equipped for carefree living in summer and winter.



The property has three enclosed bedrooms, including one with a queen bed, a double and a children's bedroom with two bunk beds. Bedding is provided.



The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher (soap provided), microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, full set of crockery and all cooking utensils.



Indoor towels are provided. You only need to bring your personal hygiene items and your beach towel.



Private beach a 10-minute walk from the property. The owners share their private beach access with guests of their two cottages.



For entertainment, you'll find a table football table, a table hockey table and several board games. The high-speed Wi-Fi is very reliable, ideal for teleworking or online entertainment.



Outside, enjoy a private spa, BBQ and privileged access to private grounds across the street, right on the water's edge.



The washer and dryer are attached to the house.



Note that the cottage is new on the market and will be equipped for the summer with a dock and a table to enjoy access to the lake.

The Neighborhood:

Venise-en-Québec is a charming, lively village, renowned for its access to Lake Champlain and its wide variety of activities. The chalet is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood with a direct view of the lake, just 50 minutes from Montreal and 15 minutes from the US border.



The village is within walking distance in about 10 minutes and offers grocery shops, a pharmacy, a gas station, a post office, an SAQ, restaurants and a public market.



In the immediate vicinity, you'll find the beaches of Venice, the Noah Spa, golf courses, walking trails and numerous water sports activities.
