"when we arrived they could not find our reservation - that was unfortunate as we travelled for more than 8 hrs and it took half an hour before they offered us a room anyway . We were offered a cookie and water bottles as well . at breakfast it was very crowded and half of buffet was empty ( croissants / ...) you contantly had to ask for it and often it was not available anymore "

"Centraal gelegen dicht bij oude centrum montreal. Service ondermaats, geen schoonmaak tijdens 4 nachten verblijf. Geen schone handdoeken of aanvulling koffie en thee. Uiteindelijk zelf schoonmaakster aangesproken. Parkeren schrikbarend duur. Plaats voldoende. Receptie vriendelijk maar geeft weinig informatie. Storend dat je met pas lobby in moet terwijl er personeel zit."
