Elegant apartment recently renovated in a small building with private courtyard and overlooking Rio San Severo.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift and consists of an open space with a sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave; two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed; finally two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.

The house has a sofa bed.

The building is not equipped with a lift.



* Guests will be able to access the accommodation using a numerical code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of identity documents, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax via a payment link that they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active from 3 PM onwards.
