The apartments are located in a beautiful three-story building with separate entrances. Wide staircases lead to the two separate apartments, both with rooms facing the field and with the living rooms overlooking the canal. Suggestive gondolas pass by and can be glimpsed from the large windows.

The building does not have an elevator.

The accommodation is elegantly furnished and is divided into two areas. The entrance gives onto the living area where we find the service bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a majestic living room with a crystal table, frescoes, and a comfortable sofa, All overlooking the canal. In the sleeping area, there are two bedrooms and a fabulous marble bathroom with bathtub and shower. The two rooms are both large, with high ceilings and large windows leading to the balcony with a Campo view. One consists of a very soft queen-size bed, large closet, and TV, while the second room is adjacent to the first and consists of a queen-size bed, closet, and TV.

There is also a sofa bed in the apartment.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.
