Luxury apartment located in Venice, on the second floor of the fifteenth-century Pesaro Papafava palace, accessible by water taxi from its water portal, on request, or alternatively by water bus with stop at Ca’ d’Oro, 250 metres away.
You can reach the apartment directly from Marco Polo airport by Alilaguna water taxi in half an hour.
The apartment overlooks the Misericordia canal, has elegant decor and original antiques. It has been greatly appreciated by guests, who love centuries-old art and all amenities.
As the apartment is located in a historic building, protected by the Superintendence of Fine Arts, it's equipped with portable air conditioners, connected to the holes in the window panes, in every room. You can therefore keep the windows closed.
The 355 sqm apartment comes with free WIFI, 2 double suites, 2 bathrooms with windows, a large lounge and a fully equipped kitchen.
A suite is furnished in Venetian baroque style with a canopy bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, a wardrobe, a sitting area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a desk with chair.
The second suite is furnished with antiques from the eighteenth and nineteenth century and features a crown canopy bed in Napoleonic style, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a dresser, two chest of drawers, a sitting area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a dining area for two persons.
In the suites in all windows there are shutters to black out the rooms at night.
The two bathrooms are complete with all bathroom fixtures, shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The large lounge is furnished with antiques from the seventeenth and nineteenth century and includes a balcony overlooking Misericordia canal, a dining area with a table that seats eight and two sitting areas.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances: induction hob (stovetop), oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, a dining table that seats four, all crockery (cooking pans and utensils), espresso machine, kettle, toaster and blender.
In the utility room you can find a clothes horse, iron, ironing board and cleaning supplies. 
Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is provided free of charge.
You can change bathroom and kitchen linen whenever you wish, Clean towels, table clothes and napkins are available inside the apartment at no extra cost.
If you wish, after three nights stay, we can change your sheets and do midweek cleaning at no additional cost.
