This place was a really bad choice, simply based on its good location.
At our arrival, the man working at the reception was nonchalant and impolite. The hotel is a place designed by Escher: to access our room, we had to take two different elevators, go through several corridors connecting different buildings, and pass through one fire door and several segments with steps. The second elevator had the speed of a turtle; it was perfectly possible to read a book between each floor. A surrealistic experience followed with a new set of steps.
Breakfast was a pitiful combination of a juice impossible to identify, bread trying to imitate plastic and sliced cheese. To be honest, the croissants were fine, but the coffee was terrible, a capital offense if you are in Italy.
Bad place and bad customer service.
