'Zuri's outside property is nice with gardens and man made lagoon (as you see in pics) but that'it. Further nothing else which impresses you. This is certainly not a 5 star property. Please do not pay 5* price for the same. The hotel is quite old and you see it everywhere, be it your room furniture, bathroom or even the hotels all day dining restaurant. 'This was my favorite hotel that I stayed in while in Kerala. The service was top notch - the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and memorable! The property sits right on the water. The rooms are spacious. The food was wonderful. They helped me coordinate a canoe ride through the backwaters. In order to get to the property in this prime location, the car ride is on a small dirt road at the end.'
