'The staff were incredibly nice, welcoming and friendly'

'When I first arrived the first thing I said is the pictures must’ve been old. It looks cheap and the room was absolutely filthy. We switched rooms twice and both rooms were not satisfying at all. The hot tub when we let the water run let out soapy foam and after that we were done. I say we were only there a good 20 minutes returned our keys and went home so disappointing. '

'Great staff, gave us a refund as the room was atrocious, greasy and smelled like urine. Police also arrived to pick up someone. Stay away unless you are of the element that stay there!'

'The Good: Our room was super Clean, aside from someone else's food being left in the refrigerator. The Bad: Pool was very dirty, cloudy, and had hair floating through it. Very disappointing because finding a hotel with a pool to relax in was vital to me. Very unsanitary. Everything was fine, The breakfast wasnt good but that was expected with a free meal. '

'The room was decent but dated. Walls and headboard needed to be wiped down. The toilet needs to be replaced: it did not flush correctly and was entirely too low to the ground.'

'The room was very large & spacious so that was nice. The beds were very comfy and soft! The only issues we had were the showers were not hot. The water got lukewarm at most so showers weren’t very enjoyable. Also the gym is on the third floor apparently so our room was underneath the gym, meaning all night long we heard huge thuds & pounding. (We called to complain & we were told it was the gym). Besides that, pretty decent stay.'

'Bathroom dirty and kitchen dirty. When I went to complain about it because I paid for a clean place and told her about it as I also requested things to clean it, the worker had this response “oh my god”. She then walked off to get it. I went and clean the tub not to mentioned it had hair all over it and the sides of the tub was dirty. The toilet has crap stain at the bottom and then it’s dirty at the back of the toilet. Experience not nice at all after driving 4hrs to come here to relax. '
