'When we checked in, the key cards for the room were malfunctioning. We have to go back to the lobby twice to get new key cards that worked. Also, we thought breakfast was included, like before, but the front desk told us it wasn't. Because of the key card problem, they offered us breakfast coupons. 'The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience.'

'Upon check-in I was presented with a room which was in unacceptable condition. The Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The furnishing was in very poor condition, the bed linens were stained and worn, and the bathroom was dirty and in very poor repair. I requested they refund all charges. I told the front desk manager [David or Dan] of my concerns and was told to contact Expedia since that's how I made my reservation. The property did not refund my payment, although I rejected the accommodations...
