'This is a great airport hotel with easy access to the Liberty Station area of San Diego. We were just there overnight between flights, and we were able to walk back to the terminal.'

'We’ve had an excellent stay, very walkable to Old Town San Diego, good restaurants in the direct area. The pool is a bit small though, San Diego zoo and the SS Midway are very close. The staff is very friendly and very nice and helpful, they give you great tips of the area. We stayed in a room facing away from the freeway, and slept with the windows open, no disturbing noises.'

'Friendly staff, nice rooms. Enjoyed the breakfast and evening reception. Traveling with someone who is celiac/ gf and dairy free there wasn’t anything for them to eat besides fresh fruit. Wish there was accommodations for that.'

'The room was great and staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the only issue was the parking spaces were difficult to park in especially for trucks.'

'The hotel is in a great location. It’s remodeled somewhat, but it is definitely showing its age. Can’t beat the price or the location. The complementary continental breakfast was better than expected: waffles, eggs, yogurt, cereals, juices and coffee. Didn’t sleep that great because of the freeway and apparently there’s an animal sanctuary behind the hotel and heard birds all night long. Would stay again because of the convenience but bring earplugs.'

'Older hotel but very clean. Great location for what we wanted to do and see close to trolley station and Old Town San Diego.'

'Spacious room, but there were fruit flies at the restaurant and centipedes in the bathroom. Also, the AC was incredibly loud.'

'We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon.'

'Really good, nice hotel with a lot of facilities. Very nice pool with slides, pool bar and shop. Shuttle service to old town and sea world.'

'We had a room facing the freeway. The room has very thin windows so it was very noisy. Also the air conditioner was so loud that we needed to turn it off to be able to sleep. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. The rooms were clean though. Parking is paying (24 dollars a night) but you can park in the street in front of the hotel for free. '
