'We enjoyed our stay. The area was safe and family friendly and very convenient to subway access. Communication and response time with the host was amazing. The sleeping accommodations were adequate but could be improved. Outside of the bed in the bedroom (which was not the most comfortable), other sleeping accommodations were futon conversion or air mattress. It was nice that the host stocked basics in the kitchen and access to the laundry was a plus.'

'Nice, welcoming, and clean place! About a 3 minute walk to beautiful views of Manhattan island across the Hudson river, and 20 minute bus ride to Times Square (views from there are beautiful as well). Host is also very friendly and communicative :) '

'I liked the location of this property, good access to food and site seeing! Very comfortable place, clean and just like being at home. The garage was a nice plus, parking on the street would have been difficult!! Biking in the immediate area was very good, if going further might have been traffic congested / a little more dangerous. Great access to public transportation, busses, rapid trains and ferries!'

'We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...
