« We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. « We enjoyed our stay. The area was safe and family friendly and very convenient to subway access. Communication and response time with the host was amazing. The sleeping accommodations were adequate but could be improved. Outside of the bed in the bedroom (which was not the most comfortable), other sleeping accommodations were futon conversion or air mattress. It was nice that the host stocked basics in the kitchen and access to the laundry was a plus. »

"Hôtel très bien placé, à proximité de tous les centres d’intérêt. Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Hôtel un peu dans son jus, et les lits sont beaucoup trop petits! C’était presque des lits simples mais pour 2 personnes. Les nuits étaient compliquées. Mis à part ce détail, tout était nickel. Je recommande l’hôtel mais attention aux tailles de lits."
