'Nice 1 bedroom with loft. Very comfortable for our family of 5 over the Christmas Holiday. Had all the equipment we needed. Very close to downtown Petaluma and right off the 101 Freeway. Two minor things keep this from being perfect 5. Parking lot is extremely dark and desperately needs some lighting, perhaps a flood light on a motion sensor. Loft bed is very squeaky, to the point that some of my family members had issues sleeping. Overall, a very cool place to stay and I highly recommend.'

'Property was very clean and well appointed. Interesting location behind a gym and could occasionally hear workout music. Can hear adjacent units very well and even had to go over and request they turn down music one evening. Would suggest a better window covering for front window as current paper blind lets in all the streetlights and is very bright in upstairs loft'

'This was a beautiful VRBO that is exactly as shown in all of the pictures and is described accurately. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, walk-in closet extra rooms, and I liked the outdoor patio space. The neighborhood seemed safe and was very quite. The only issue that we had was that the entire unit smelled like marijuana smoke, (even after leaving the sliding glass door wide open for a few hours with the fan and heater on). 'Our family really enjoyed everything about the house. The kids loved the pool table and the arcade game. The adults loved the view and the ease of using everything in the house.
