'It was a unique property in a very central location. Great bed and bathroom. I missed not having a separate breakfast room where we could have coffee and a pastry. Our window also backed onto a walkway and while they did a nice job making it private, it was quite noisy that weekend during the springfest. Not soundproof.'

'Our experience at Il Granaio was excellent and we are very happy we booked our stay in Assisi with them and want to return. The unit is brand new, very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Our unit had a kitchen with utensils, which allowed us to cook. There is a nice patio outside the unit, and access to a common area. La struttura è in posizione tranquilla ma comunque vicinissima ad Assisi, l'appartamento pulito e confortevole e il Signor Marcello è un padrone di casa simpatico e disponibile. Le mie figlie hanno usufruito della piscina a tutte le ore. Lo consiglio sicuramente.'

'Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. Wir waren zu dritt, haben uns aber gefragt, wie man als Gruppe von 8 Personen die Mahlzeiten gemeinsam einnehmen...
