Beautiful penthouse located in the center of Valencia, a few minutes walk from the old town and the Central Market. This wonderful apartment is perfect for a family or a small group of friends due to its size and comfort. The property has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace where you can rest after a tiring day of sightseeing. The Àngel Guimerà metro station is a few meters from this cozy apartment. Enjoy it!

prima locatie om Valencia te verkennen

Mooi, goed ingericht appartement. Het terras is een extra pluspunt. Jammer dat een paar kleine puntjes niet in orde waren: afsluiting bad werkt niet, bij andere douche kun je douchekop niet ophangen en bij tegelijkertijd gebruik van oven en kookplaat valt de stroom uit.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment

We were two adult couples and the apartment was more than spacious enough to accommodate two couples. It is a beautiful apartment, very nicely furnished with everything you could need excerpt that it could have used a bit more glassware. Everything was so clean and the outdoor terrace was our favorite place to be. Loved our stay.

Roomy neighborhood condo.

We really enjoyed staying in this updated 2 bed, 2 bath condo located a few blocks from city Center. The outdoor deck was a great place to relax outside. Then neighbourhood is full of happy families. Lots of cafes and shops on this block.

Rapport qualité prix très décevant

Habitués aux séjours à València, ce logement est correct sans plus. On n’a pas compris pourquoi les autres avis étaient si positifs. Ils ont biaisé notre choix. Idem pour les photos…C’est loin d’être le quartier le plus agréable de la ville (avis personnel, bien entendu) et encore moins pour le prix demandé. Il y a beaucoup mieux pour le même prix et mieux placé: A noter + : une literie de qualité, un logement au calme + bonne taille A noter - : immeuble et logement sans cachet avec un rapport qualité / prix 50 % trop cher par rapport à l’offre locale.

Comfortable apartment in a great location

Situated in downtown Valencia this apartment was conveniently situated close the the main places of interest in Valencia. We were able to comfortably walk to all the main attraction in the city with access to the City centre and shops being within easy walking distance. Getting the to the apartment from the airport was straightforward although we took a taxi which was reasonably priced. The owner and the agents were incredibly helpful particularly given that our flights were messed about horribly by Ryan Air. The apartment itself was pleasant, spacious and modern with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. My only one complaint was air conditioning was only fitted in the living area which meant that the bedrooms became very stuffy at night despite the presence of an overhead electric fan. If air conditioning had been fitted in the bedrooms too I would have given five stars all round. Overall, though I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Valencia.

Very Comfortable and Convenient Unit

We really enjoyed our time at this condo - the two-bedroom, 2-bath unit with the beautiful terrace was just perfect for us. The check-n process was great with someone actually there to show us all the details! The kitchen was well stocked, and the neighborhood was lovely. We particularly enjoyed listening to the church bells and watching the parishioners come and go on Saturday night... Thank you!

Great location!

Our stay in Valencia was wonderful. The communication with them was wonderful before we arrived and after. It was nice to have a market close by. Everything was within walking distance. Esther was so gracious and accommodating especially when we locked ourselves out on the terrace. Luckily I had my phone with me but Esther rushed right over to let us in. So beware NOT to close the patio door all the way while outside. The terrace was a real treat. It was pretty warm in the apt so we left the bedroom doors open at night and there was a fan provided for each room. Overall nice place for 4 people.

Appartamento molto bello, pulito, spazioso e accessoriato (danno anche detersivi per lavatrice e lavastoviglie forniscono carta igienica e accessori per il bagno) completo di accessori per la cucina (olio aceto sale caffè e 1 bottiglia acqua) conforme alle foto pubblicate. Vicino al centro noi con una bimba di 7 anni andavamo tutte le mattine a piedi al mercato centrale, comodo agli autobus e alla metro. Situato in un quartiere tranquillo vicino a supermarket e a un ottimo forno. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e la Sig.a Marta molto carina è disponibile per ogni esigenza e spiegazione sulla città. Se torneremo a Valencia sicuramente ci torniamo. Caterina

Lovely and practical!

This quiet, clean, spacious apartment was just perfect for me and another couple. Well appointed kitchen, great clean bathrooms, comfortable very firm mattresses, many other amenities along with a little patio. The air conditioning was also terrific and necessary. There are lots of cafes, shopping, & grocery stores within a few blocks & public transportation is easy & close. The Renfe train station is two subway stops away & the train gets you to the airport, too. The only slight issue was that despite other clear communications from the property manager, I didn’t get a response when I emailed for directions to operate the stove. I figured it out finally. No response to phone messages left either. The good thing is that she did respond quickly when she initiated the message.
