First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. I received wonderful advices in regards to food and places to visit while in Verona. Everything exceeded my expectations. This little cute room is to recommend...

'The room was clean and spacious, the problem was how cold it was. It was October and they didn’t have heat although there were radiators in all the rooms. The woman at the reception said it was “not possible” to turn them on. There was also a washer and a kitchen we couldn’t use either. We had to wear our jackets inside and 2 blankets for the bed so we could get some sleep. '
