'Hotel Green Valley is situated at a beautiful spot. Unfortunately we did not see the Himalaya due to the cloudy weather. The hotel is comfortable but the rooms could be more cosy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Rak Kumar was very attentive. Because almost no one had diner at the dining room, the atmosphere was a bit lonely.'

'The hotel has been excellent from the beginning. We were exhausted because of flight delay and couldn’t find the driver at the airport for pick up service. It was midnight and I should have be more careful, but they find the way to reach the driver soon and arranged us to arrive at the hotel safely. The room was also amazing. We could see beautiful cloud and mountains from the room. The meals are, too. Buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything was delicious and fresh. My young daughter loved...

'The staff were brilliant especially at the front desk reception and at the resturants. Other hotels got to learn about hospitality from them. The hotel is less worried about tips but more for the quality of service which is unlikely in most hotels of today. '

'Nice place with cozy bed and amazing staff . Their food is great too . The roof top restaurant and the view from there is breathtaking. You can see Boudha Stupa from there . Clean and well maintained brand new property . Highly recommended .'

'Hot shower 24/7 and heating / air conditioning. Usual in Europe but not that much usual in Nepal outside of 5 stars palaces. The rooms are quite good but the food is simply excellent! Staff is nice and professional.'
