'Sunning views & property with an incredible staff! We did a quick one night getaway and was such a worthwhile experience for our trip to Nepal. Highly recommend staying here for an unforgettable time seeing the Himalayas.'

'I booked my stay at serene resort online, approximately 4-5 days in advance, using an online travel company. I called approximately one hour before arriving at the hotel for my scheduled stay and the manager told me he canceled my reservation. The manager had very limited Ability to communicate in English. I arrived to the resort only to discover the manager refused to rent me a room and said he canceled my reservation. He then sent me to another hotel where I had to pay for a room. The next...

'If you like to have your own quiet time this is the place. The Hotel owner and the manager (suraj) was very nice and very cooperative. Though the property does not have any Room heater we managed the cold night with 2 blankets! WiFI was really good and phone signal was fine. The hotel was on the valley and beautiful view. We have enjoyed our stay.'

'Hotel Green Valley is situated at a beautiful spot. Unfortunately we did not see the Himalaya due to the cloudy weather. The hotel is comfortable but the rooms could be more cosy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Rak Kumar was very attentive. Because almost no one had diner at the dining room, the atmosphere was a bit lonely.'

'Loved everything about this hotel!'

Although the building is in a traditional and atmospheric style, it has been very well renovated and maintained. The breakfast, featuring homemade bread, was excellent in both quality and...

'Location is right next to Durbar Square. Staff and service were great.'

'We ended up having to extend our stay due to illness and the staff (particularly the two ladies at the front desk) were super helpful and flexible. The food was very good, including room service which we used a lot as we recovered. The location is very nice as are the views. The staff were also great with housekeeping items such as tissues and water. Our only minor issue was with the state of the shower / tub as it is due for a refresh. But, overall, very minor. Highly recommend this hotel..'

'The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Felt safe and loved the view. Everything about our room and service was great. Thank you. '
