Cabanes à Vail

« We loved the property. We wanted something that was outside of the city, but close enough to get in easily. Hiking trails were easily accessible. The rooms were comfortable and appreciated how well stocked the house was for things we might need. We have been on the road for a few weeks, so access to the washer/dryer was a big bonus for us. The views from the living room were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. »

« The grounds were so overrun, that at first, we thought that we had the address of an abandoned place. The manager warned us that there was little WiFi in the general area, so we asked her to send us the door code of the cabin a few hours before we were to arrive. She did not do so, so we had to stop in a town, get WiFi and remind her, with less than one hour to go, that she hadn’t yet sent the code. This was nerve racking. « A great cabin, with real homely touches and incredibly comfy beds. Has everything you need for a longer stay, all the kitchen equipment, great grill (electric) and smoker, hot tub and space to enjoy the peace and quiet. Close to lovely Alma, fabulous Fairplay and also Breckenridge for more of the tourist bits. It's easy to access great hikes and easy to head off further into the mountains for day adventures.
