'Nice room, very clean'

'The place itself is amazing. A little pricey for what it is, but it’s nice. I guess my only complaint was the bed/mattress, it trapped a lot of heat. But that’s just a personal thing. The paid parking lot was terrible too though. That’s the main reason I probably won’t stay at this hotel again, but everything else was pretty fantastic.'

'Het is een prettig hotel dat ongeveer een kwartier van de Niagara Falls rijden ligt. Hotel ligt rustig gelegen aan het water. De kamers zijn schoon, ruim en ook ruime badkamer. Parkeren is gratis en beperkt, maar er is een groot parkeerplaats t/o het hotel. Elke ochtend wordt er (Amerikaans) ontbijt geserveerd. Van de faciliteiten hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt. Hotel is super fijn voor bezoek aan de Niagara Falls. '

'Everything was well organized. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed—it was supposed to be a queen, but it felt more like a twin because it was so small. I also can’t recommend their valet parking. I was very disappointed because we still had to walk to the parking garage instead of the valet bringing the car to us.'

'The hotel and casino overall are well maintained clan and modern. Rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the wait staff and the staff in the Birch gift shop. Friendly helpful and very pleasant. They advertise 4 restaurants. Burgers of Madison County and the fireside lounge essentially serve the same menu. We had dinner at the forest grill. Beautiful venu. Average food for above average prices. 'Nice location that is super close to ALB. The free shuttle was so easy to use. We dropped off our rental car, called the hotel, and they sent up the van within 10 minutes. Then, early the next morning, we came downstairs, let the front desk know we needed transport, and within 5 minutes we were on our way! Convenient location to restaurants. We did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast, pool, or other amenities because of our travel itinerary, but I would stay there again!'
