'We came to hike so was great location-relatively short drives to copper harbor, eagle harbor, McLain State park, falls etc.. calumet area has options for dining, groceries etc so you don’t have to drive to Houghton, unless desired. Apartment was clean, relaxing and nicely decorated. Would stay again!!'

'This house was in a great location and walkable to many things! The house was clean and had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Communication with Andrew was great for any questions we had. We picked a super frigid couple of days to visit and there were some issues with the heat, but Andrew was very prompt on responding and people were there to help us out within an hour. The workers who came to address the issue were extremely friendly as well! We would definitely stay here again!!...

'Great communication by the host, and the location couldn’t be better. Plenty of room to park the truck and trailer, the snowmobile trail is easily accessible, and you can walk to the diner in the morning and the pub for dinner. The place was clean and had everything we needed!'

'The apartment was a great base camp for our travels in the upper pennisula. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice. I do agree with another review about the bathtub being slippery when taking a shower. We bought a bath mat which helped tremendously.'
