'The staff was good and the property was decent, my problem was with a stopped up toilet that ended up being the main line stopped, I even tried to unstop the toilet with a plunger. I was not offered any compensation for my stay, I was told "leave now and you can have a refund" We had nowhere else to go at that time of night and no hotels had vacancies, not even the Breezy Palms. 'The hostess/ staff was amazing! Walking the property check in and making sure everyone had their needs met. She even decorated and brought a cupcake for my husband as we were celebrating his birthday. Very thoughtful! Very clean and enjoyable place. Love the quiet no kids, relaxing vibe! Kayaking and paddle boarding along the coast was great too. The sunsets from the property were amazing!'
