Flats in Upper Colorado River Scenic Byway

'What a perfect place for us to stay! We took our granddaughter to Moab for her spring break so it was the 3 of us. The condo was spotless upon our arrival, with all amenities available as listed. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. We loved the layout with bedrooms upstairs and living space downstairs. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was fantastic, they even supplied laundry detergent for our use! We will definitely stay again if given the opportunity to visit the Moab...

'Outdoor pool and hot tub was excellent after days of hiking. Kitchen, living room and outdoor seating areas were great. Laundry was nice to have. Poor water pressure, not enough towels, requested more towels after main floor ceiling and window leaked due to rain - never received towels. Carpet was dirty. '

'Overall we had a very pleasant stay but the property could use some TLC. Furniture is a bit worn, Beds were comfortable but could use better linens and pillows. TV's / Cable should be updated to smart TV's with remotes that work such as a Roku. The Heated Pool was not open so that was a disappointment for us. Kitchen was stocked okay but it could use some bigger pots. Location worked well for us.'

'Spacious, modern, industrial apartment. Great hot tub! Near highway but we couldn’t hear any street noise inside. Kitchen is huge. Primary bath is great. Do be advised the two additional bedrooms are windowless interior rooms. This did not bother the family members staying in them but I feel like it might bother some people. The laundromat downstairs is clean and convenient. Great spot for Arches and Canyonlands. '

'Nice house in good location. WiFi almost unusable due to slow speeds. Kitchen semi stocked, lacking lots of basics (salt, pepper). Nice washer/dryer (no laundry detergent). '
