« Awesome hotel with super friendly staff, free parking and very clean. I arrived at 10.30am direct from my 23 hour flight from London. I was greeted with a smile and they also allowed me to check in to my room immediately. Not only a great welcome to the hotel but also to Australia! »

« We had a wonderful stay for two nights. The room was very comfortable and beautifully maintained. The shower was a highlight — it felt just like a relaxing waterfall experience. A big plus for us was the EV charging facility in the parking area. Since we have an electric vehicle, being able to charge it every night without any issues made our stay even more convenient and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for comfort, amenities, and EV-friendly facilities. Would definitely stay again!...

« Very clean room. Friendly check in staff. Stayed in the building closest to the train line (room not facing the station side) could barely hear any noise. Great soundproofing. Easy drive to the Blue mountains area yet close to Penrith for varieties of food options. Biscuits, coffee and banana bread in the lounge area was a bonus. »

« Hôtel correct, mais l’extérieur/le hall d’entrée principal était en rénovations majeures, donc accès au lobby plutôt compliqué et difficile. Aussi, l’isolation au niveau sonore est très mauvais, nous pouvions entendre les gens des chambres voisines discuter, les télévisions, les gens dans les corridors... bref, apportez des bouchons si vous êtes sensible au bruit! »
