« Fairly new hotel, room well appointed, good size, carpet was a bit dirty few stains I would thought would be cleaner, the buffet breakfast for the price was terrible, small selection, lot food just sitting there not topped up or getting cold, and for the price even have to pay extra if you want to have a coffee made. Gym and sauna was the highlight and parking easy and free »

« Excellent roomy accommodation and facilities. Very secure including car park Great location close to restaurants cafe's and Westfield mall. Will definitely stay there again »

« Free unsecured monitored safe parking on site. Room looks like it was recently updated with quality fixtures and fittings Staff were very friendly Shops 5 min drive 20 min walk Close to Penrith Panthers Club spoiled for restaurant choices and fun activities for young an old like lake golf. Children can challenge parents to see how far they can hit. There ie even a MacDonalds and yummy Krispy Cream Donuts near by. »

« A nice hotel for the price. Plenty of parking and a stones throw to The Log Cabin bar and restaurant. »

« The construction works next door unfortunately ruined it as the noise in the morning was terrible…we did try to change rooms but it was booked out Our bad luck I suppose »

« Nice and clean. Great mini kitchen set up - tea, coffee, toaster, microwave, sink, plates, cutlery etc. Staff were super friendly. Even called within 15 mins of us leaving to let us know we’d left something in the room, meaning we were able to go back and get it! »

« Hôtel correct, mais l’extérieur/le hall d’entrée principal était en rénovations majeures, donc accès au lobby plutôt compliqué et difficile. Aussi, l’isolation au niveau sonore est très mauvais, nous pouvions entendre les gens des chambres voisines discuter, les télévisions, les gens dans les corridors... bref, apportez des bouchons si vous êtes sensible au bruit! »

« Bar was fully stocked, Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful to all of the guests including me, everything was at good walking distance and lots of coffee shops and restaurants, but the only problem was not enough parking and very hard to find where to go needs to be assigned to fix this issue »

« Property is for children and parents for sporting events, was like a school camp set up. I missed this when booking, if you rather a hotel style of accommodation this is not the one. »

« la présence de punaises de lit dans la première chambre. On a procédé à un changement de chambre mais là, j'avais une sorte de ver qui se déplaçait sur le lit. J,ai été incapable de dormir en lien avec la chaleur suffocante dans la chambre: l'air climatisé était défectueux dans toutes les chambres. »
