'The two double bed room with kitchenette was very nicely laid out and the shower was good but you could see through the floor vent to the ground floor and i woke up to the sound of someone coughing in our room, but they weren’t in our room. Someone kept trying to unlock our door at 8am the first morning for about 5 mins which woke everyone up after a long drive the previous night, and the sound of all the door locks beeping came right into the room every time someone opened their door along the...

'The room had a rug and it didn’t smell very good. The windows didn’t have screens and were extremely dirty. The bathtub had hairs in it. The a/c was old and extremely dirty. I was never given a receipt.'

'The Hotel does not advertise that the Pool is Closed, Hot Tub and other amenities are closed as the Hotel is under renovation as of May 12 2026. The Microtel wouls also not offwr any refund , dont book a stay at this Hotel in Timmins'
