'The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car. The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and...

'We booked the "Beachy" unit in this home, but were given the smaller "Peaceful" unit on arrival. That left us with a single bed for four people. Two of us had to sleep on the floor (Pacifica was booked up for an archery event). We contacted the host, and they were willing to cancel the second night, but we were left with the full first night for a more expensive unit and a host fee that was higher than the cost of the room. The host blamed Expedia/Hotels.com for the mistake, but neither is...

'The room was spotless. The staff was excellent! Our only complaints are, it took a very long time for the hot water to come on and the heating system was weird and a little noisy. Otherwise our stay was great!'

'It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! '
