'Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, and great walkable location. Easy garage parking next door. Only issue is that it can be a bit noisy on Monday mornings, when it is trash day, if you happen to be on the side of the building where the dumpster is located. '

'Goed betaalbaar motel net buiten midtown.
Wel een eindje lopen naar downtown en historic district.
Gratis parkeren en gratis ontbijt.
Kamers roken helaas naar rook, ook al is er een niet roken beleid. Niet superschoon.
Wel een geel fijne douche.
Vlakbij snelweg, dus veel geluiden van verkeer en getoeter. Neem oordopjes mee.
Verder was de ontvangst niet heel vriendelijk, strenge dame achter de receptie. Meneer wel vriendelijk.
Mocht je iets anders willen dan het ontbijt, dan kan je naar iHop....

'Disgusting, stains everywhere and towels and sheets had grey residue. Included soap was bad and there wasn’t enough of it. AC was intermittent and everything was rusted. Terrible area as well. Cheap though, but you get what you pay for.'

'I guess you get what you pay for bad area dirty room. As soon as you walk in the whole room smells of cigarettes poor up keep of the rooms that rarely get clean i found blood on the dresser and a hard bed with thin blankets and pillows.
Only positive is it was cheap and staff where quick to check you in and out.'

'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'

'Staff were great, bar was great, location to golden 1 was great. Only downsides were the size of the room (small/cramped), the bathroom door is see through (awkward if it’s more than one person staying in the room), and the traffic/street train was very noisy and woke us up a few times. Oh and parking is a minimum of $25/day for the parking garage next door or $55/day for valet. Otherwise lovely hotel, close to venue and all staff were very kind and helpful.'

'breakfast was good., room was clean and the facility is great. shout out to jujus restaurant located on the first floor. upscale food and drinks in an urban after work setting just right for a fabulous night out.
