Excelente servicio!'

'My 2 day stay in Hotel Origen 438 was simply amazing! Ruben was very helpful from arrival until departure. The breakfast at the hotel (no buffet, but personal service) was excellent. I was also surprised by the quality of the food (and drinks) in the cosy hotel restaurant. Overall: A great experience in the city of Guadalajara!'

'We really enjoyed our stay! Rooms were clean and well maintained. Great bedding and pillows. The onsite coffee shop/eatery was so convenient and breakfast was delicious. Neighborhood was pleasant and we enjoyed being in Colonia Americana. Only negative thing was hot water went out for two days. Manager comped us food/drinks at the coffe shop and had the water fixed by the time we arrived back to room'

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

'This place is a dump. Everything looked like it was falling apart. Mold and dust buildup in the ventilation, fixtures falling off. It looked nothing like what they advertised in their pictures. Balcony was definitely not safe to be if you have kids. I've stayed at cheap motels better than this. When we complained to the staff about how our concerns they said the important thing is its clean and you wont fall off the balcony. What the hell kind of response is that? Never will we ever stay here...

'Reception were not prepared to give great customer service, they give me another room and after I was installed they asked me to change rooms , that was very unacceptable, zero respect for us , it was there mistake and was very poor the attention to us'

'Stayed 4 days. Lots to love ...a few things I would love for them to improve. Pros: friendly helpful staff (Nacho!), great location, affordable, clean, beds and shower decent. Cons: Noisy, my room was filled with street noise 24/7, luckily I can sleep through most anything, but if you're a light sleeper, beware. No washcloths, hot water was sometimes intermittent and unpredictable in shower. My least favorite thing was the "blackout" curtains which had large gaps that allowed sun right onto bed...
