'La verdad todo increíble, el lugar super bonito, el personal super amable.'

'El edificio es muy lindo, (antes era un convento, de ahí la lógica de la distribución de sus cuartos), el personal es muy atento. La ubicacón es muy buena, pero si es bueno cuidar un poco la salida en las noches. Excelente servicio!'

'My 2 day stay in Hotel Origen 438 was simply amazing! Ruben was very helpful from arrival until departure. The breakfast at the hotel (no buffet, but personal service) was excellent. I was also surprised by the quality of the food (and drinks) in the cosy hotel restaurant. Overall: A great experience in the city of Guadalajara!'

'We really enjoyed our stay! Rooms were clean and well maintained. Great bedding and pillows. The onsite coffee shop/eatery was so convenient and breakfast was delicious. Neighborhood was pleasant and we enjoyed being in Colonia Americana. Only negative thing was hot water went out for two days. Manager comped us food/drinks at the coffe shop and had the water fixed by the time we arrived back to room'

'Excelente lugar, limpio muy cuidado, buena atención y está en una zona muy ubicado fácil de ubicar, muy recomendado si tienes cita en CAS, te sientes seguro en la zona y en la habitación'

'Good'

'Reception were not prepared to give great customer service, they give me another room and after I was installed they asked me to change rooms , that was very unacceptable, zero respect for us , it was there mistake and was very poor the attention to us'

'Stayed 4 days. Lots to love ...a few things I would love for them to improve. Pros: friendly helpful staff (Nacho!), great location, affordable, clean, beds and shower decent. Cons: Noisy, my room was filled with street noise 24/7, luckily I can sleep through most anything, but if you're a light sleeper, beware. No washcloths, hot water was sometimes intermittent and unpredictable in shower. My least favorite thing was the "blackout" curtains which had large gaps that allowed sun right onto bed...
