« This is the perfect location to travel back and forth to ASV. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us with the 1st floor room and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents. Though this house is 100 years old and not perfect, it was updated to today’s standards. Extra thanks to Dave, who let us check in a little early (after red eye flights) to get refreshed and settled before opening ceremonies. »

« We stayed for a week while our son played at ASV. The location was absolutely perfect. The other parents were so jealous of how close we were to the fields! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was great we could have our dog and she loved the fenced in yard. Would highly recommend l! »

« Beautiful, serene and unique! The perfect getaway to relax and unwind. My husband and I stayed 4 nights with our dog and enjoyed every moment. The property is incredibly private and makes you feel like you're in your own secluded garden. The house is so unique and very cool to think on how old the building is and that it was once a working grist mill. It was a perfect blend of the old and modern.
