'Very friendly staff in an excellent hotel'

'The perfect mix of modern conveniences and traditional Portuguese charm!'

'Very peaceful, friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms, good breakfast with very attentive staff and the woman at the front desk, Uni, was one of the most kind and helpful as was the morning server of coffee...I feel badly I have forgotten his name! The location was very nice, walkable, Bolt rides were inexpensive to/from the airport and there was very close and easy access to busing and trains. I was especially impressed with the room window closures and the ability to nearly completely darken...

'stijlvol, gezellig schoon en fris! '

Kleine douche was stuk, enkel regendouche werkte.

'Excellent communication from the hotel management, who proactively contacted us before arrival to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We loved the beautifully decorated, homely shared living area, including reasonably priced beverages. Our two-bedroom apartment was extremely spacious, with a large living room and two adjoining bedrooms offering all the amenities we needed. The location next to Praça do Rossio was perfect for our final days in Lisbon, putting the city's most beautiful...

'Clean and spacious room in a good location. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I was travelling for my birthday and they surprised me with a cake which was a lovely touch.'
