This beautiful new construction home named “Sandy Feet Retreat” is located just a few blocks from Downtown Tybee, the islands only grocery store(IGA)...and of course... the beach!!

The home features an electric/covered pool that will allow parents to truly relax knowing their child is safe at all times!!!! ***Check out the uploaded YouTube video*** or type “Automatic Covered Pool - Tybee” into YouTube’s search engine.

Pool dimensions are 12 feet by 20 feet. Sun-ledge, 4 inch shadow end, for the kiddos to splash in the first 3 feet of the pool! Pool progresses in depth, after this ledge, from three feet deep to a maximum of 5 feet 10 inches.

Pool can be heated for an additional cost of $55 per night. Please note that it is a heated pool, not a hot tub. We heat the pool to the industry standard of 85 degrees. We will do our best to heat the pool to 85, but if temperatures drop below 50, heating challenges can occur.

**Pool cover must me closed when not in use to ensure heated temperature is maintained properly.**

The home is a four bedroom/three and a half bath home with all the amenities a family could ask for.

The homes layout:

Level one, or underneath the home, consists of a fenced-in large play area with many games/entertainment items to keep things fun!! A large 55 inch Smart TV, ping-pong table, corn-hole boards, extra fridge, dart board, gas grill(propane provided), and a large 8 person table are just a few of the entertainment items provided. This is the level that kids will LOVE!!

Level two consists of the master bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, large living area, walkout screened porch, dining room and the laundry room.

The master is equipped with a king bed, 55 inch Smart TV, large master bath with walk in shower, soaker tub, and a large master closet.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, etc... Four counter barstools for additional seating at the bar/countertop.

The dining room consists of an 8 person farm table for all to gather....speaking of an 8 person farm table...one will also be available on the front porch for gatherings along with a conversation seating area.

The living room consists of two large couches, and 4 arm chairs. Plenty of seating for a large family/group! There is a half bath that is off the living room for easy access.

Level three consists of three bedrooms and two baths. One bathroom consist of a tub shower, and the second a walk in shower.

Both bathrooms upstairs are connected to bedrooms for added privacy. Bedroom one will have a queen bed. Bedroom two will have a king bed with an additional trundle that will convert into another king bed. Bedroom three will have a queen bed with another pull trundle that will also convert into a king bed.

All bedrooms will be equipped with smart TV's so you can stream your favorite shows/movies through your personal account!

Beach towels, beach tent, beach cart, and several beach chairs are provided!!!

Polywood furniture on the pool deck for plenty of seating and long lasting durability.

The home is also equipped with a Nest keyless entry system, so need to hassle with keys. Each guest is provided a unique code the day prior to their arrival. Simple and easy!

Sandy Feet Retreat truly has it all!!!

It is highly recommend that guests purchase additional travel insurance to protect their stay in the event they need to cancel. Private travel insurance can be purchased at Travelinsurance.com or similar sights. Refunds or credits for future stays will only be provided when the island is closed to short term vacation rentals or an evacuation is ordered for the island.
