Ocean Song 321 is a second-floor corner unit, featuring panoramic views from floor to ceiling sliding doors on two sides of the living room. This property has a corner L-shaped balcony, facing the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious and open living room area has been completely renovated, and all new furnishings have been added. The comfortable seating, including a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, plus an Oversized chair that opens as a twin sleeper, and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, two-burner stove-top, toaster oven, and dishwasher, and in-unit stacked washer and dryer. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two and a dining table that seats four people. Relax on the oceanfront balcony, which overlooks the beach and the pool area of the condo complex and has plenty of comfortable seating. The large primary bedroom has a plush King-sized bed, and the all-new bathroom is very spacious and has a large double vanity, a large soaking tub, and a separate glassed-in shower. This condo offers in-unit WIFI for guest use and is also pet-friendly. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles only. This beautiful, oceanfront condo is located in the Ocean Song building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, and two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and on-site restaurant The Deck. The building has elevator access, ramps, and handicapped parking available. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This condo is pet-friendly with an additional pet fee. Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island! Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
