'Excellent'

'Geweldig verblijf gehad in Roots Resort. Alles was prima. Heerlijk zwembad, ruime kamer. Goed dinner en een fantastisch ontbijt. Ontbijt was anders dan dat we in Georgië gewend waren. Lekkere vers gebakken broodjes en croissants. Personeel was erg behulpzaam. Onze zoon mocht zelfs proberen de forel te vangen.'

'Hands down the worst 5 star hotel I ever been to. It should be 3 star hotel. We checked out same day. The attitude of the young gentleman at the front desk needs to be reviewed. When asked for someone to take luggage down they said we dont have one how is that even possible in 5 star hotel'

'I stay where 8 nights from 8 September to 16 September in block D2, the room was good , all new and fresh inside , some noise at night and day time . There is construction around that facility going right now every time and a lot crazy or drunk people to сry at the night time . I closed my balcony door because our neiborhoods are smoked during night time and we fell tobacco smoke too.
