My only complaint is that the bed is terribly uncomfortable and even after tightening the frame it squeaks with the littlest movement. My husband actually went to sleep on the hide-a-bed towards the end of the stay (we went out and purchased a mattress pad to make it more comfortable) because the bed hurt his back so much. Beds were comfortable and there is an AC unit in each room which kept us perfectly comfortable during upper 80s temps while we were there. West was available for questions leading up to the trip and during our stay and was kind enough to leave some snacks upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.
