'My stay there was short but the experience was good The place was very much quiet and secured which i loved. The room was very clean and cozy. The service there was excellent, and taxi was also provided for me to get to places i needed to go. 💯'

'The swimming pool is still not finished after opening (5 years). Rooms are not international standard. Showers are great, WIFI as well. Management is very inflexible. if you arrive at 1 pm and the room is free you official should wait till 3 pm. Water is only given 1 time although you stay longer than 1 night. Mattresses getting old as there is in some rooms a hole. Only reason to stay is the airport as the shuttle is excellent compare to Holiday in Express. '

Maybe a choice by guest but no wash cloths or face towel just a bath towel. No chair in the room to use the table/desk Otherwise it is suitable for my overnight stay. 'The staf working at the Runway is really nice and helpful. However, the room is super noisy. The walls must be paper thin, since the sound from the bar and the traffic are really loud. Had to sleep with earplugs. Would not recommend this hotel'

'The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate.
