« The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness. »

« What a special place to have stayed! The Pax Guest House is located atop Mount Saint Augustine in one of the nicest locations on Trinidad. Fantastic views from this well-preserved guesthouse that dates to 1925. Fantastic hosts manage this property. They are very helpful and reliable. The guesthouse provides a very delicious breakfast in the morning. Guests should be mindful however that bathroom facilities for some rooms (not all) are shared with other guests. »

« Room was okay, not very big, but with an okay shower and toilet. Good AC, tnough noisy. Hotel is rrather isolated and rooms are not in a protected/gated zone, which can be hazardous. A drunk man knocked aggresively on my door at 1:30 in he morning....not a nice experience.. but I guess I was just unlucky...this was not the tenants' fault... Complimentary breakfast was good and abundant although coffee was..instant Folger( arkkk!!!!) . Location is great, just need to cross the road to hit the...
