« 3 ièm étage pas accessible car trop délabré. Toilettes des femmes communes Hor d’usage. Draps du lit user (déchirer en periférie) par la lessive répétitive. Buffet présenter sur les photos promotionnel était inexsistant sur place. Bon services des employés. »

« The staff were very helpful and were willing to engage you on topics related to the facility as well the various birds and other animals that are part of the estate. the staff assigned to the main house and the dining facilities were also friendly and helpful. They were proud to highlight the various meals that were on offer and to discuss the local content in the preparation of the meals. My 2 grandchildren who came on a day pass were super excited to explore the various trails especially the...

« There is no restaurant or bar on the property as advertised. The location is horrible, there is no convenience nearby, their shuttle service is not a vehicle advertised as CROWN hotel . I spent one night and checked out the next day on what was supposed to be a three night stay. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. »

« I really enjoyed my stay at Shalom house. I felt safe, the staff were super helpful and friendly. They assisted with organizing a taxi from the airport and also provided breakfast daily which made things so much easier. The area is quiet and secure so I was truly at ease during my stay. The area is a comfortable distance from the airport and other amenities like two shopping malls. Would definitely stay again. »

« Room was okay, not very big, but with an okay shower and toilet. Good AC, tnough noisy. Hotel is rrather isolated and rooms are not in a protected/gated zone, which can be hazardous. A drunk man knocked aggresively on my door at 1:30 in he morning....not a nice experience.. but I guess I was just unlucky...this was not the tenants' fault... Complimentary breakfast was good and abundant although coffee was..instant Folger( arkkk!!!!) . Location is great, just need to cross the road to hit the...

« 50 € pour une chambre borgne avec une tuyauterie bruyante, des voisins bruyants. Adresse très difficile à trouver, ne répond jamais au téléphone quand on demande de l'assistance, rue d'accès en terre battue sans éclairage. Premier restaurant à 3 kms. Service petit déjeuner quasi inexistant, juste un fond de pot de café disponible. »

« This is one of the most unique places to stay in the Caribbean. It is worth staying just to visit the trails and be on the beautiful grounds next to the monastery. »

« The hostess was amazing and I can't wait to come back again. »

« Clean and nice place! A delicious local breakfast. Thank you! »

« I visited Trinidad to celebrate my 80th birthday. My stay at QBR Balcony Suite was the best. The location, building and owner were the best. I now consider the owners as family. I’ll always remember my visit. Thanks to QBR,my celebration was a success. I highly recommend the QBR Quality Suite, especially if you’re a nature lover. »
