Hi, Nadine! Thank you for sharing your comments, we are very sorry you didn't have the experience you were expecting. Regarding the acommodation taxes, the VAT 16% and 3% City Tax is applied in every hotel in Mexico upon arrival. You can find it on your booking confirmation. As for the rooms with outdoors showers, is part of the experience. We have pictures in our website and sotial media to show people every detail about the hotel before they reserve. We understand some people are not use to it. The seaweed is something we cannot control completely. However, we work every day to keep our beach as clean as possible, this problem is affecting all the caribbean coast. Regarding our prices, we are up to date according to the zone we are located.
