The pictures must have been taken shortly after the remodel or addition of vinyl flooring and painting as it is now showing signs of use, wear and tear - in need of some TLC to clean the baseboards, walls and doors. Other suggestions include a couple dish towels in the kitchen and more paper towel supply (there was one half roll under the sink).
