"Tout était impeccable et le personnel était sympathique, aimable, dévoué et très aidant. En particulier, j’aimerais souligner l’aide inestimable de Quang (et de son équipe). Il a été très proactif pour nous aider avec quelques soucis que nous avons eus concernant des excursions et un moyen de transport pour sortir de l’île. Il était en mode solution et il nous a assistés en nous proposant diverses alternatives dans ces dossiers qui n’étaient pas en lien avec l’hôtel comme tel. Tout le personnel de l’hôtel a été vraiment chic, souriant et très aimable, tout autant au restaurant du buffet déjeuner, au restaurant Sea La Vie et à la réception. Un grand merci pour avoir fait de notre séjour au Flamingo Cat Ba un souvenir inoubliable."

"Chambre conforme aux fotos mais le menage pas top,activité de l'après midi très moyenne et très limité juste du kayak dans un endroit entouré de gros bateaux donc vraiment pas top, et pas de wifi à bord, tous les clients etaient vraiment mécontent de l'absence de wifi pourtant on nous donne les accès aux wifi mais ils n'ont fonctionné pour personne"

The boat was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We visited stunning caves, kayaked through peaceful lagoons, and enjoyed delicious meals on board with fresh local flavors. The sunset from the deck was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. "I only stayed 3 days in this super hotel. I usually don't go to that type of hotels, I was not disappointed. The service was great, all the employees I had to deal with were respectful, helpful, kind and extremely polite and smiling. The room itself matched with the description. The bathroom is great, the beds are super comfy and it is well isolated. Superb view from my room and the restaurant, where the food was fine, slightly expensive but correct prices. The swimming pool is great, big enough with 2 spaces, one being meant for younger children. There is a pool bar as well. I strongly recommend this plo"

"Le bâteau en lui même est très bien. Le seul point négatif serait le problème de wifi dans les chambres, il marche à la réception mais pas ailleurs. Bon ce n'est pas très important pour une croisière d'une nuit. "
