'This is a great hotel with amazingly attentive and kind staff who are happy to assist you with everything, a wonderfully comfortable bed and a very spacious and super clean room. We also booked the Ha Long bay cruise with Paradise group and it was perfect. They put a lot of effort in providing high quality food, which we could experience at the breakfast buffet, during the cruise and at the nearby restaurants which are part of Paradise group.

'The "pool" had been repurposed to be a fish pond. The doors had no soundproofing. The bathroom had no soap or shampoo. There was no coffee in the room. The hotel is far from town with no shops or restaurants nearby. Don't stay here unless you have no choice.'
'L’hôtel est très bien par lui même. Mais Tuan Chau est une ville de transit vers les croisières. Nous étions donc seuls dans cet hôtel et dans la ville ! Difficile de trouver à manger le soir. Il vaut mieux prendre un grab vers Halong. Mais sinon, belle chambre, belle terrasse et belle piscine le tout avec vue sur la baie.
