« Loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. We skied right out the front door, convenient ski lockers in basement every night. Loved the beautiful onsen, with a view out to the mountain and snow, fully appointed with toiletries. « Our stay was a very good experience. The room was quiet and surprisingly large (for 3 persons), well equipped and very clean. Hotel lobby is comfy and large. The location of the hotel, in the middle of a forest, is wonderful if you want to relax (attention: no restaurants/bars close by). The staff was polite and very helpful.
