« Loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay fabulous. We skied right out the front door, convenient ski lockers in basement every night. Loved the beautiful onsen, with a view out to the mountain and snow, fully appointed with toiletries. « Great hotel! It's located around 10 minutes from the city center by foot, so you can do everything walking. A great plus is the personnel - everyone was really helpful and nice, ready to help whenever needed. Last but not least, the bedrooms were amazing!!! The beds are very confortable and big, the room is spacious and everything was very clean. And we can’t not mention the private onsens inside the hotel. They are available for the guests, and they are great. We Reallyv recommend this hotel! »

« The room was really spacious with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was included but dinner we ate out as the hotel is large and they can't accommodate everybody. This was not a problem as there were so many restaurants in town. You do need to time the shuttle bus well though. Overall, a brilliant place to visit and really worth the money. »

« Amenities were extremely good. The hotel is in a really good location in Shiga Kogen. The food and drinks were good. The staff was always helpful and friendly! »

« 色々な意見が若干不安を覚えつつ宿泊しましたが、また泊まりに行きたいと思えるお宿でした！ 良かった点 ★スタッフの方が外国の方でも日本の方でも私は満足のいく接客でした ★お風呂の温度が子供でもちょうどよく入れる温度でした。 ★有料の貸切風呂にお水とタオルがセットされていました。 ★食事の際にアルコールが飲めない人でも楽しめる美味しいお茶がや飲みのもの種類が豊富でした。 ★部屋のシャワーの水圧が強かったです。 ★洗面所の鏡が大きく取り合うことなく使えました。 ★部屋にヘアアイロンがありました。 ★ティッシュの替えが置いてありました。 少し残念だった点 ★部屋のフロントへ繋ぐ電話が使えませんでした。 ★貸切風呂のエアコンの調子が悪いのかずっと冷風で寒かったです。 ★お部屋のトイレのウォシュレットや便座の温度をこちらで調節したかったです。 私としては概ね満足のいくお宿でぜひもう一度泊まりたいと思いました！ »
