'Great stay'

'This is a must stay, if your visiting Down Town New Port Richey, Hudson and surrounding towns. Lovely host and great spots to dine and walk around. Also the house is beautiful.'

'The property is as described. Its quiet in a quiet neighborhood. The place was not welcoming or inviting upon our arrival. It was dark and very damp smelling. It had an abundance of gnats. We purchased apple cider viner and placed it throughout the space in 6 bowls with dish soap to attract and capture the gnats. The living room furniture had numerous large spots and the storage inside the furniture had spilled furniture inside. The kitchen was inviting and well stocked for food prep. All the...

'There was some type of issue where I didn’t receive my check in instructions and I had to spend an hour or so trying to find out this information. Everyone at Expedia and VRBO was helpful and once the host was involved, she was as well. I typically receive check-in instructions the day prior or morning of check in by email or text. This was not the case here and unsure why it didn’t happen. Even after I spoke to host, VRBO said the instructions were in my inbox but I could not see them, only...

'very clean space !'

'We had a great time at this house. It was very cozy and had everything we needed for a fun long weekend, from kitchen supplies to pool floats!! The host was easy to contact and quick on the reply. The garage/game room came in handy with the on and off rain we had, so the kids/adults had something to do between the rain drops. We would suggest an outdoor ceiling fan on the patio and maybe a little better instruction to where all the light switches were for outside, but other than that, it was...

'Very clean and comfortable for the two of us. It was a great location for meeting up with family in the area. I would highly recommend it for two people.'

'Great property and close to town so we could walk'

'The place is as described. The space is amazing perfect for bigger families. Location is great too, not far from downtown Tarpon Springs and from Clearwater. Michael and Fran were very helpful and they answer all my questions in a timely manner.'

'Loved the openness and layout of the home. A few minor issues that were addressed with hosts for future guests. Nice, quiet, respectful neighbors (they had a bbq and music going but kept it minimal). “Cul-de-sac” is always nice because you don’t see neighbors. Wonderful time was had. A perfect location! Pups loved the big yard too! Oh, and beds were extra comfy!'

'It was just my 8 year daughter and me (mom) for this trip. The pool and golf cart alone were great perks. We had a late flight so we arrived after midnight but it was no problem. It is in a great area and the house has a lot of room to spread out if needed. I had to work a few days while there and the internet connection was reliable and fast. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day with the rest of the family.'

'Had a great time there. This was our second time renting the house. Close to a lot that doesn't have a lot of tourists. We used the pool everyday and had fresh eggs a couple of mornings.'

'Everything was very good'

'Great location in downtown Palm Harbor. Walking distance to all the restaurants and night hotspots. Very roomy and secluded off the main drag. Parking is very convenient. Air conditioning is epic! Nice to come back to after a hot afternoon strolling the area. Unit is in a historic Florida building. You get the charm of old Florida but of course with history comes vintage condition. Floors and windows are "authentic" rather than mechanically perfect, but we thought it added to the...

'This house was perfect for two families sharing a rental. It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen plus beach chairs, kayaks, and bikes in the garage. The owner was super responsive and helpful she even reached out after we left because we lost a ring and offered to send it. We had a great time and would go back.'

'Wonderful stay at this cute home! We appreciated the quiet location (but close to everything like grocery stores and restaurants). Dogs loved the fenced back yard. I was THRILLED to find an office since I was working during our stay. Tile floors throughout made for less worries about the dogs as well. Communication was flawless - any message was answered almost instantly. This home was a welcome respite while our home was being renovated!'

'Nice quiet house conveniently located close enough to Tampa Airport. The bedrooms can be made plenty dark to get good rest even in the middle of a sunny day. Host was responsive and easy to get in touch with. We would stay again if visiting the area. Thank you !'

'We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is well equipped and very spacious. The outdoor space was wonderful and the theatre room too.'
