Phone at reception, but our calls cannot reach them. Killed a couple of cockroaches in the room. Renovations all over, very dusty. »

« Poor service, untidy room, all shabby linen, no soap or towels till you specifically ask, rude staff, broken cups for tea which you get after several requests, not at all worth its price. Would never ever recommend and I think it's a shame that such important places have such pathetic places. »

« Location by the side of Vaitarana lake was excellent but facilities in the room were poor, despite high tariff. Simple toiletaries were also not provided. Leakage in the tent during rains. Good quality was good. Approach road is horrible. »
