'Upon walking in there was an overbearing air freshener smell- which, if not so strong wouldn’t have been bad. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a Budweiser can in our windowsill behind the curtain (which after the fact, we could see it in the window from outside). The pullout couch had a stain on the mattress which was noticed when pulling out the couch. QThe fridge kept NOTHING cold.'

'The air conditioning socket doesn’t work, had to run a spot . The curtains were ripped up. The continental breakfast was a joke. There’s one bar soap for everything.'

'The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.'

'This was definitely a bargain. This Comfort Inn location is clean, well maintained and comfortable. I stayed with my dog and she was just as happy with the place (She has been very nervous on this road trip). Absolutely will be staying again if I overnight in Spokane again.'

'Everything was clean and well kept. The staff were very kind and helpful. The only negatives to our stay was the breakfast and the uncomfortable beds. Besides that everything was top notch.'

'Check in was great, Room was fresh and clean and even had a nice view of the Spokane River. We have stayed at this many times over the years and it continues to impress us. Management and entire staff obviously care about the grounds, building and customer experience because it's always exceptional.'

'I don't understand why they would have a kitchen facility without any pots, pans, plates and utensils. Are you so worried that guests will steal them? You could have a fee for guests to rent what they need for their stay and wash them up before they leave. Having the large fridge and freezer was great seeing we had food with us in a cooler. But we couldn't fix anything.'

'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'First night room was clean but the bed was hard. When we came back a few night later we were in the family room and it was amazing. Bed was soft, kids loved the bunk bed and everything was clean.'

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...
