'Upon walking in there was an overbearing air freshener smell- which, if not so strong wouldn’t have been bad. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a Budweiser can in our windowsill behind the curtain (which after the fact, we could see it in the window from outside). The pullout couch had a stain on the mattress which was noticed when pulling out the couch. QThe fridge kept NOTHING cold.'

'The neighbors we had during our stay wasn’t not quite, music blaring until 1230 and had to call the front desk. The next morning we decided to mention something again. After we called about our “deposit” for the room we had to put down even though it was completely payed for already, the front desk continued to say that there were no complaints at all from when our stay was. Which isn’t true I have to call log on my phone still.'

Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'Property was clean, well taken care of. Room was excellent, bed heavenly. The breakfast was probably one of the best we have had when traveling. Being next to the river with a balcony was enjoyable and relaxing. Actually quite a beautiful place to stay!'

'The only staff member that gets a thumbs up is a lady that runs breakfast. That’s the only part of the whole advertisement that they have that could be true. The rest of it is a big fat lie. Nothing in the facility works and if you ask for anything they’re very rude in their replies and then they try to charge you for towels. You didn’t even stain and then they try to tell you that that’s how it was when their whole bathroom was filthy to begin with including the shower curtain and the sink. I...

'Cute building, but really creaky stairs and the bathtub didn't hold water. Breakfast was tasty enough but less than we were expecting. Otherwise the room was clean and no major complaints about the stay'

'The hotel is located in a rundown area, and the photos don't accurately reflect what you actually get. My daughter did not feel safe staying there, so I asked if we could move to their sister hotel and offered to pay any difference in price. Despite both properties being owned by the same company, they declined to accommodate the request. I found that response disappointing and felt it reflected poor customer service. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.'

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'Its a motel. But a nicer version of a motel. I dislike the thin walls and how noisy it can get. The free breakfast was amazing. Not sure if the entertainment tac can be waived for the two drinks per night bc what if people don't drink? Otherwise its a safe, fun place to stay. Very central.'

'Stayed to go to concert at Gesa Pavilion. Was a nice little walk, close to lots of things. We enjoyed. Our room was a little loud because we were next to the stairs but wasn’t too bad.'
