'This hotel appeared to have been fairly recently refurbished to a high standard although sound insulation between rooms could be improved. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. A la Carte hot breakfast options far exceeded our expectations and were served by attentive friendly staff. The manager, Amir, was very professional and responsive . Excellent value. We would stay again.'

'An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months'

'A great starting point to visit Cornwall because the atlactic and southern coast lines as well as the western part of Dartmore National Park are reachable within an our (of so) by car. Jamaica Inn is sometimes crowded and busy probably because all sorts of people visit it, but the real pub fealing is always present. Staff has not got the time to really get in touch with their customers but they are friendly and always ready to answer to your questions. The room was perfect, clean; a 100 %...

'We ended up here by accident after being double booked at another (unrelated) hotel. We were made to feel so welcome and looked after that we quickly forgot about the ordeal from the night before ! The room was gorgeous with stunning views. The hotel and spa were clean, staff were friendly, the food was excellent. We are so glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem and can’t wait to return! '
