'Turned up and the access instructions were totally wrong. Room hadn't been cleaned and the cleaning team arrived 30 mins after check in and let me in. Photos have clearly been staged many of the items pictured are not there and many of the items listed as amenities aren't there. No kettle, coffee machine, iron (but there is an ironing board!!). 'The hallway leading to the apartment was not clean. We entered the apartment and found that an old leak in the living room was not fixed, so there was peeling paint and mold. There was a leak from the loft bedroom to the downstairs room and we had to use towels to dry it up, it took 24 hours to have the towels replaced. The dining room chairs were very soiled, we would not sit on them. It was not noted that there was no air conditioner, so during the hottest days of a heat wave we truly had a...
