'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

'We had a great time in the smoky mountains. Place wasnt too far from the national park or the nearby towns. The cabin itself was very accommodating with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a relaxing hot tub. My friends and I would love to come back.'

'Our family totally enjoyed the property. Great location and beautiful property with many amenities. The children and adults loved the path to the river where they could tube and the large back yard to play baseball and frisbee golf. The location was close to great restaurants and drivable to Cades Cove and Gatlinburg. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to stay here again.'
